  We do not accept any exchanges/refunds on items that have been opened. We can offer to replace/exchange any missing/broken parts.

  Unless otherwise noted, you have 30 days from the original purchase date to exchange/return your unopened items. A 20% restocking fee will apply.

  Shippig charges are non-refundable.

  The buyer is responsible for the postage to ship the item back to Ace of Heartz Toys & Games.

  The item must be returned to Ace of Heartz Toys & Games in the exact same re-sellable condition that it was sent.

  The buyer must contact customer service (info@aceofheartz.com) with their order number and return/exchange reason to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number before they ship the product back.

Refunds: Money Back

Ace of Heartz Toys & Games will refund the full amount of the unopened product within 30 days of the original purchase date. The shipping charges will not be refunded and customer is responsible for sending the product back to Ace of Heartz Toys & Games. Once we receive your returned item, we will credit back the full amount of the product plus any applicable taxes to the customer using the same selected payment method of the original transaction.  

Exchange:

You can exchange your unopened product with any other product from our store. The shipping charges are not refundable.
